Refund policy
Returns
We offer you a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the delivery date to request a return. We strive to ensure you are completely happy with your order, however we are unable to offer refunds on custom and personalized items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at snowfuncreations@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for paying return shipping.
Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception to ensure the item is free of any defects. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately, but with 14 days, to determine appropriate next steps.
Shipping Damage
Although we take great care in packaging our items, damage can occur when shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately but you will need to work through the shipping carrier to determine if your item is covered by insurance.Â
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to offer returns on custom items, personalized items, gift certificates, earrings outside of their original packaging, and design fees. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please follow any care instructions that were included with your purchase to ensure the longevity of your item.
